Dr. Ade Ogundimu, born in London, England, has established a distinguished career in the fine arts, characterised by a solid educational background and numerous accolades. His comprehensive art training began at Yaba College of Technology in Lagos, Nigeria, where he earned his OND in General Art and HND in Fine Art. He furthered his education in London, obtaining a Diploma in Photolithography and Graphics from the University of the Arts. His commitment to continuous learning led him to acquire a Certificate in Printing from the same institution, complete Pop Art at the University of Oxford, and ultimately achieve a BA (Hons) in Fine Art with a major in Sculpture from the University of East London. Dr. Ogundimu further advanced his academic credentials with
an MA in Fine Art and a Professional Doctorate in Fine Art (DProf) from the University of East London. Throughout his career, he has been recognised for his creative contributions.


Dr. Ade Ogundimu is an esteemed member of prestigious art organisations, including the Nigeria Art Society (NASUK) and the Guild of Fine Artists of Nigeria. Professionally, he has held significant roles in the creative industry. He began as a partner at Falco Design and Print Ltd and later served as the director of DigitalBait Dot Net Ltd. His work has garnered considerable recognition since transitioning to a full-time studio artist. He has featured in numerous group and solo exhibitions, including at Alexandra Palace and Arc Gallery in London, Frameless Gallery, Gallery 639, and with the Nigerian Art Society UK. His thematic exhibitions, such as “Forbidden Fruit,” “Rising Generations,” “Erotica,” “Ariya: A Celebration of Colour,” and “Legacies of Biafra,” have been well received. He has also showcased his art internationally, recently participating in exhibitions in India..
